Hi,

on the other source (wp 4.4) I propose SGR.
There was one very active SGR in INTEGRAL data (I don't remember its
phone number). Experimentally each flare looks like short GRB. I think
stacking all flares gives enough data for an analysis.

There was also a very large flare of a source (V0 something) that was
something like 10 Crab for a couple of days, it should be doable.
