Dear all

attached, please find a "zeroth" version of the organisation
of the work-packages which J. Michael, Merlin and myself drafted
yesterday after our skype-con. Criticism/suggestions are most
welcome. 

@Omer: would be great if you could design a few sub-tasks
  for the Modelling WP

@all: Nicolas/Merlin suggested that we could sell POLAR-2 as
the first customer of our project "product", and that this 
would be a nice "scientific" reason to extend the project duration
from the nominal 3 years to 3.5 years (our project will likely not 
receive funding before Jan. 2021, and POLAR-2 is scheduled for 
launch in April 2024). I like the idea.

Info @all: I have included Gal Birenbaum (Omer's PhD student) 
in our Eupol-email list
