[Sciserver-users] Sciserver currently down

Dear All

The SciServer should be back in working order now.

What happened was that one of the physical servers had crashed this morning (still pending investigation)
By incredibly bad luck was that server host to a VMs, which currently was hosting some of the background database services for the SciServer.
We will try to mitigate that risk in the future.
