[Newathena-cg-telecon] NCG Next Monday (May 12, 2025) Meeting: Cancellation Notice

Dear members of the NewAthena Coordination Group (NCG), 

After a coordination meeting of ACO with Matteo this morning, w e would like to let you know about the tasks that the ACO will be doing in the next few days: 


    * Chairs appointments: 
        * The ACO will send the Chairs and Co-Chairs appointed by the NASST an email to ask them to confirm. If someone withdraws, the backup (co)chairs will be contacted. 
        * Emails will be sent to the other applicants for the chair positions who were not selected. 
    * Community formal acceptance: Once all the (Co)Chairs have been confirmed, ACO will send the messages to the broad community to formally accept their applications. 
    * ACO will organise a one-hour virtual meeting with the (Co)Chairs. During this meeting, Matteo will explain the current status of the mission and the next steps. 
    * After this meeting, ACO will organise the process to set a date for a 3-day (1/2-day + 1-day + 1/2-day) hybrid meeting in November or December. ACO is already managing a room in Madrid. 

As we have the NASC-related activities covered and there are no urgent issues, we'd like to inform you that the monthly meeting scheduled for next Monday has been called off . The next meeting is on June 16th, after the Interim Review board meeting.
