[Nasc-chairs] Autumn Chairs meeting: preparation of A&A special issue

Dear all 

as presented by Matteo Guainazzi during your last virtual meeting, there will be a hybrid meeting in Madrid this autumn to prepare the A&A special issue. This is a very preliminary/tentative agenda: 

Day 1 (afternoon): mission presentation (ESA & Consortia) 
Day 2 (whole day): presentation of the projects received from the community after the "call for papers" (chairs) 
Day 3 (morning): round table/discussion (ALL) 

For logistics reasons, ACO needs to set the dates for the meeting as soon as possible so we would appreciate it if you could respond to this [ https://www.when2meet.com/?30938757-VqKDH | when2meet ] calendar before next Wednesday, 18 June, bearing in mind the meeting structure outlined above.
