<html><head><meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"></head><body style="overflow-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; line-break: after-white-space;">Dear SciServer Users<div><br></div><div>Due to an serious issue with the disk partition which held the Docker information on the compute node sciserver-comp5 I unfortunately had to reset the system on that machine completely.</div><div>This means that all containers which have been running on that node have been lost.</div><div>However your data written in the Data- and User Volumes under ~/workspace/ remains safe!</div><div><br></div><div>So if you had a compute container on sciserver-comp5 (in the SciServerMPE-Large domain) it will now show up in the list as in error and you will not be able to start it anymore.</div><div>Please simply create a new container to replace it, I will do my best to remove the old entries in the next days so they don’t take up space in the list.</div><div><br></div><div>My apologies for the inconvenience!</div><div>Jonas<br><div>
